By accessing or using SonoScholar, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SonoScholar is an AI-assisted research reading product. Features may include document upload, OCR, semantic search, translation, wiki or note generation, voice interaction, and audiobook or speech features.
The service may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features without guaranteeing that any specific feature will always remain available.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
You are responsible for the content you upload, connect, generate, or store through the service. You must have the rights or permissions needed to use that content with SonoScholar.
You retain your rights in your content. You give us and our service providers permission to host, process, transmit, transform, and analyze that content only as needed to operate the service and the features you request.
You may not use SonoScholar to:
OCR, transcription, search, summaries, answers, voice responses, and other AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, misleading, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
SonoScholar is a research workflow assistant, not a source of professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
Certain features may require prepaid credits. Payments are processed through Stripe or other payment providers we may support in the future.
Unless we state otherwise at checkout:
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms us, other users, or our providers.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreyAI Inc. and SonoScholar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product or business changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
